Here's everything you need to know about the loyalty program.
Can I earn points on items I bought before Oh My Rewards launched?
Points start accruing from the launch of Oh My Rewards onward. Only purchases made after the program began will earn points.
What is Oh My Rewards?
Oh My Rewards is our way of saying thanks! Earn points when you shop and enjoy them as discounts on future purchases.
Who can join Oh My Rewards?
The program is open to all Oh My Mahjong customers who shop directly with us, but not currently available to wholesale partners.
How do I earn points?
There are lots of ways to rack up points, including shopping, celebrating your birthday, and following us on social media.
How do I view my point balance?
Log Into your account to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the 'Redeem Points' tab to see all available rewards and redeem them if you have enough points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
What happens if a referred friend cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points from the referral will become cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my points balance decrease?
Your balance went down because you, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points directly during checkout?
Not directly—you must first redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the Oh My Rewards program?
Contact us and ask to be unenrolled. You will lose any points you have accrued upon unenrollment.
What happens if I rejoin the program after leaving?
If you rejoin, your point total will begin from zero.

Can I combine loyalty rewards with other discounts?
Discounts don’t stack. You can only use one discount per order, so choose the one with the best savings.
Can I combine redeemed points for another reward?
No, points that have already been redeemed cannot be combined with future redemptions; each reward must be redeemed separately.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Yes, loyalty points have an expiration date. Check your account regularly to redeem them before they expire.
Will my reward voucher expire?
Yes, vouchers redeemed through the loyalty program have an expiration date, so check the specific details to use it in time.
What do the approved, pending and cancelled point statuses mean?
These approved, pending and cancelled point statuses indicate whether points are immediately redeemable, need verification (like purchases and referrals), or will be removed from your account, respectively
Can wholesalers sign up for Oh My Rewards?
Technically yes, wholesalers can sign up, but because they have their own pricing policies, they are excluded from redeeming points on purchases.
